For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need…. (Hebrews 4:15-16)

It has been an honor and a privilege the last 5 years to serve the Lord by coming alongside and counseling the hurting and broken. Christ and His word continue to challenge, encourage, comfort and change me. As an ambassador for Christ, I want to point others towards the God of all comfort by connecting their pain to the hope we have in our Lord that is found in scripture. My prayer for those I counsel is that they would be reconciled to their Savior and transformed by his love.

My previous experience includes working with adolescent and adult women who have suffered from extensive trauma and sexual abuse. I have also worked at the Renfrew Center with females who struggled with eating disorders, food addiction, and body image, as well as with family members who were impacted by those struggles.

My areas of specialty include eating disorders, body image, trauma, sexual abuse and assault, depression, anxiety, anger, cross cultural and missions debriefing, and life adjustment issues.

I am an active member of The Village Church in Dallas, TX. I serve in the Recovery at The Village program on Monday nights. I enjoy fulfilling the Lord’s command of Matthew 28:19-20 - to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that he has commanded us. I love serving the Lord in mission trips to Africa, specifically Sudan, Congo, and Zambia.

I meet with clients in our Frisco and Bedford locations.
